How long do Ersa Nails press-ons typically last?
With proper application using our professional-grade adhesive, your Ersa Nails can last up to 2 weeks. For short-term wear of 1-3 days, we recommend using our temporary adhesive tabs.
Are the nail sets reusable?
Yes! Our nails are crafted with high-quality, durable materials. If you use adhesive tabs, you can easily peel them off and reuse the nails. If using glue, you can gently buff away any residue for multiple wears.
How do I find my correct nail size?
We offer a comprehensive Sizing Guide on our website. You can measure your natural nails with a measuring tape or purchase one of our Sizing Kits for the most accurate fit before ordering a full set.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail sets. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
